I am currently a Corrective Action Program (CAP) Analyst at Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS) in Erwin, TN.I am NQA-1 Lead Auditor Certified and have 5 years of Power BI On-Premise experience.I am adequate with DAX and PowerQuery, database relationships, data modeling, and ETL processes.Power BI was first introduced to NFS within the first few months of my internship. A group of 12 of us went to receive training, but only I have been the lead developer for creating Company KPIs and Dashboards for multiple departments, as the program was owned my the QA department. Responsibilities I have with all metrics development is to lead monthly and quarterly meetings for KPIs and Safety Culture, develop metrics per management request, work with IT to ensure reports and dashboard are maintained and executed appropriately, and support my co-worker of team projects.Other previous job duties were being the lead and team member for internal quality audits, conduction monthly walkdowns with the Engineering department, re-certifying vendors and suppliers for the company, supported receipt inspection processes, and Power BI Metrics development. Current job duties consist of analyzing and supporting the company problem screening process, monitoring corrective actions and investigations, Power BI Metrics development, and supporting the rework on the Metrics Program at NFS.
