Growing up on a council estate in London, I became involved in gang life at an early age. As a teenager, I was advanced for my age but made choices that led me to prison for the first time, serving five years. Unfortunately, I didn't learn the lessons then and returned to criminality, resulting in a second prison sentence of ten years.It was during this second sentence that I experienced a miraculous transformation. Through self-education and self-love, I realized the error of my ways and committed to changing my life. Now, I'm home and on a mission to change the narrative and spread positivity.I have an abundance of lived experience and a newfound purpose: to share my wisdom with those on the periphery of crime or currently serving sentences. I aim to help them proactively approach change in their lives. The strength it took to complete my sentence and overcome the struggles I faced has given me a wealth of experience in navigating life's challenges.As part of my mission, I hold 'Prevention & Intervention' workshops in schools & Prisons focusing on the consequences of drug use and addiction, gang affiliation, and knife crime. These workshops target at-risk youth, aiming to steer them away from crime and towards a positive future.I am dedicated to using my journey and experiences to inspire and guide others toward a positive path, helping them reallised that transformation is possible no matter where they start.Positive is the New Gangster.
