•Currently the Chief SharePoint site curator for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Flight Director Office, the NASA Planning, Integration, and Control Office, and United Space Alliance (USA). Curator’s duties include, but are not limited to, managing group and individual permissions, analyzing existing legacy systems and proposing and implementing SharePoint solutions, automating existing business processes through the use of SharePoint workflows, provide troubleshooting support before escalating problems to Information Resources Directorate (IRD), and developing custom pages in SharePoint Designer 2010 to create a corporate branding look and feel•Planned and coordinated the consolidation of 3 major SharePoint sites with NASA customers and IRD. The project involved gathering requirements from key stakeholders, developing a project plan, scheduling a user acceptance testing (UAT) script and timeline, and clearly communicating with all stakeholders on the execution of the plan•Organized an effort with NASA’s Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA), Robotics, and Crew Systems Operations Division to migrate Documentum content and publish it on NASA’s internal Wiki site. Consulted with Bastion Technologies technical publication department to develop a procedure that efficiently converts Microsoft Word documents to Wiki sites•Coordinated SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 migration for NASA’s Flight Director department•Develop/present SharePoint 2007/2010 training material to USA employees and Bastion Technologies staff•Project lead and developer for Bastion Technologies’ Request Capture System (RCS). Developed several web forms and websites through the use of ColdFusion, Dreamweaver, SQL, MS Access, and JavaScript. RCS is a web based system used to manage charge codes and projects•Provide technical support for Integrate Collaborative Environment (ICE) and Windchill collaboration software
