Bien has has been exposed in CC&B,C2M,MDM and MWM application framework. He has been exposed in converting high quality working code and able to solve issues that has been raised. Bien has vast knowledge in implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) in various programming tools whether in COBOL, Java or Configuration Tools. Throughout years of working with the product, Bien has grasp on the major functional areas allowing her to perform her tasks effectively. Bien has experience and product knowledge in creating customizations for Oracle Customer Care & Billing as well as Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter, using Java and Oracle Configuration Tools.Develops custom programs, prepares unit test cases and performs unit testing to ensure quality output, adherence to standards and conformity with design specifications.CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE- Developing and testing new programs or enhancements based on technical design documents. - Provides support for the client for both Oracle CC&B v2.6 and v2.7- One of the key resources of an Oracle CC&B upgrade project. (v2.3 to v2.6 and v2.3 to 2.7 )- Performing root cause analysis, as well as providing and developing solutions for bugs and defects using ticket tracking tools.- Participates in innovation ideas and root cause analysis sessions that will provide the team with lessons learned and continuous improvements ideas.- Involved throughout an Oracle CC&B upgrade project development lifecycle from development, testing, fixing, support, and maintenance. (v2.3 to v2.6 and v2.3 to v2.7).
