Business development (new logo) and account management for customers across North America in the demand side management (DSM) industry, including utilities, government agencies and third-party implementers, with a special focus on the cooperative and municipal power sector. Serving as a trusted advisor to our client partners on the ability to leverage cloud solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline DSM customer engagement.

As a subject matter expert in all things energy at WDT, I build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the renewables, electric utilities, and oil and gas industries, as well as retail clients looking to develop full-scale weather forecasting and asset protection plans utilizing WDT solutions. • Interact with prospective clients in all aspects of energy production and generation who are searching for enhanced weather solutions for their respective operations through the presentation of WDT proprietary asset protection services, enhanced high-resolution weather data feeds (SkyWise) and custom content modeling, as well as patented severe weather alerting technologies• Integrate Software-as-a-Service and Weather-as-a-Service IT and big data solutions for risk mitigation, load forecasting, demand response, energy efficiency, and distributed generation programs• Develop and foster long-term business relationships to walk clients through the process of data optimization and the roll-out of company-wide weather safety plans• Provide consulting services to EHS and risk management professionals to structure severe weather emergency preparedness plans.• Implement and utilize all aspects of new media to increase product line awareness.• Utilize knowledge of financial markets to integrate detailed weather data into long-term energy planning, specifically in the renewable generation and day-ahead purchasing markets• Fuse WDT's high-resolution model capabilities into daily operations of renewable energy companies, specifically via API's and other data integration methods developed for solar and wind power forecasting

As Marketing and Sales Coordinator at WDT I played an important part in the development of the global image of an Inc. 500 high-technology weather corporation.
