I am a Software Engineer at Ocient!. I completed my Master's studies in Computer Science as well as received two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science respectively. I have previously worked for the United States Army Special Operations Command as a Data Science intern with a secret clearance (active).Research:My previous research is in applying Machine Learning and Optimization to architectural models, to allow for affordable housing in the future, by reducing construction cost and part production costs.I performed research as an undergraduate in optimizing computer vision classification problems while using a very limited data-set. Through new techniques the prediction accuracy was increased to around 91% as opposed to the previous 70% using non-machine learning methods. Projects:Using my degree in Mathematics and my senior focus on Cryptography as well as degree in Computer Science, one other person and I were able to reverse engineer a commonly used API. We then decrypted the magnetic stripe cards handed out by Appalachian State University for use of ID. Then created a novel side-channel attack which allowed us to access any student/faculty's university account. This was responsibly disclosed and addressed in the system.
