I’m Anthony, passionate about the field of Information Technology.At the beginning of 2023, I discovered my calling for IT, which sparked a growing desire in me to work in this dynamic and innovative field. Since then, I started my academic journey in Systems Analysis and Development, and quickly entered the field as a Technical Support intern.During my 6-month internship on the support team, I was hired full-time and took on various responsibilities, including:Network configuration and monitoring.Selection and configuration of hardware and software.Handling internal and external support tickets using the GLPI platform.Assisting in the management of the support team.Supporting the implementation of information security and cybersecurity policies.Later, I had the opportunity to temporarily intern in the software development area, where I learned and honed my skills in programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, MySQL database, React, and React Native.My experience has been enriching and challenging, providing me with practical skills and a deep understanding of technological needs and solutions.
