I was Director of Project Management within CBRE'S Sydney Global Corporate Services business and managed the delivery of projects as a single point of contact for my clients. During my 10 years with CBRE I managed a variety of projects including Commercial, Retail and Industrial all over Australia, developing relationships with clients from the Insurance, finance and legal sector.Large projects I managed successfully on time and within budget include:Atlassian - The required speed of delivery meant I had very little time to develop the brief and assemble the Consultant team. I was trusted to manage the whole process and delivered the project in record time. It was a great example of team work, everyone was selected based on their expertise and I harnessed their specific individual skills to deliver a fasntastic result for the client.QBE - I delivered various QBE projects ranging from 100sqm up to 12,000sqm. Initially I was instrumental in successfully changing their culture to embrace Activity Based Working at their office space in 82 Pitt street. I started with workplace strategy sessions and effective change management and went on to roll out agile working around their offices in Australia, project managing this change over a 10 year period.Toshiba - Toshiba had a very clear vision. They were ready to embark on new wave of production and selection in their warehouses. This industrial project involved installation of a state of the art sortation system to streamline their business processes. Toshiba knew what they wanted I helped them get there with the minimum of fuss. I successfully managed the process of upgrading the warehouses to include DEMATIC, a pick and pack system that takes away the need for manpower of 30 people.
