Made a Supervisor in Aug 2013.Roles and responsibilities: Ensuring the working parties are put to work safe, are working safe and have all the necessary tools and equiptment to complete their task safe. Liaising with the client and other trades and pre planning works, permit accepting. Arranging delivery and collection of scaffold materials. Constantly monitoring changes to the work area as the site was very crowded with multiple trades, changes in very difficult and mainly adverse weather conditions.Delivering toolbox talks to the working party and participating with point of work risk assessments.

Erect, Modify and dismantle various scaffolds. Occasionally working to drawing, predominantly from knowledge, experience and training.

Started as a scaffold labourer and worked through the ranks. Made a supervisor for Lyndon's in August 2011 to work on an overhead line refurbishment project for the client National Grid. Roles and responsibilities: Producing material lists from design drawing and organizing delivery and collection of materials via hiab, lorries and tractors etc. Anchor testing (ensuring that anchors installed into the ground met the requirements of the design drawing). Locating underground services (HSG47 trained), marking up the exact locations, positions scaffolds are to be erected under the OHL as per design drawing, scaffold inspections, liaising with traffic management to organise road closures, stop and go's etc, permit accepting and more.

Erect, Modify and dismantle scaffolds, working on numerous sites and projects throughout the United Kingdom. During this time i completed the CISRS part 1, part 2 and advanced scaffold course.
