Supported company and store transformation to integrate operational teams and processes with guest facing sales team to achieve a more focused emphasis on driving service and sales.

Full four walls accountability for the employee-customer-financial results of a 100-140 associate location generating sales of $45m+ annually. Decreased turnover and shrink while significantly improving sales and financial results of location that had previously not met sales goals for multiple consecutive years. Consistently led market and company in numerous sales metrics.

Field leader for assignments ranging from 14-34 stores (height was stretch assignment overseeing two districts; typically 14-20 on-going). Developed numerous leaders to promotional readiness, with 30+ promotes to store manager, 11 to trainer, and 7 to the district manager level. Piloted numerous programs as regional labor delegate (workforce management) and diversity champion, providing company-influencing feedback and ideas around loyalty programs, diversity recruiting, credit card programs, payroll and labor deployment, etc. Led high performing team to a turnaround success story taking district from bottom 10% of the company at takeover to achieve multiple consecutive years in the top quartile.
