MRTs are Soldiers, Army Civilians and spouses (Statutory Volunteers) who are graduates of the 10-day MRT course taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Leadership Development Division (LDD) at Ft. Jackson, Ft. McCoy, Ft. Custer, by the Mobile Training Teams (MTT), or at CSF2 Training Centers. MRTs: - Live the skills they have been taught - Use the skills during formal and informal counseling - Teach the skills - With periodic structured courses on unit training calendars - Teach Deployment Cycle Resilience Training (Sustainment) modules based on rotation schedules - Instruct resilience training in selected TRADOC courses Serve as Commander's advisor regarding total fitness and resilience training related issues Know when to refer Soldiers for professional counseling to behavioral health providers, chaplains or other appropriate resources

Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of public affairs activities for the organization. I play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the organization's mission, initiatives, and reputation. I serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal and external communications.

Responsible for providing administrative, managerial, and operational support to the Assistant Chief of Army Reserve and the General Staff. Served as the principal advisor on administrative matters and coordinates and facilitates the efficient operation of the General Staff within the Army Reserve.

The Army Public Affairs Officer’s (PAO) primary responsibilities are to assess the public affairs situation, advise senior leaders on public affairs issues, and assist them in making well-informed decisions, and translate the decisions into effective public affairs operations. PAOs plan and execute communication strategies to achieve desired objectives, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. The PAO analyzes the situation, anticipates issues, assesses implications, and develops comprehensive operations to meet the news and information needs of internal and external audiences. The PAO also facilitates media relations with domestic and international news media. The PAO supervises photojournalists and broadcasters who create information for print, broadcast and digital media.

Sexual Assault and Response Victim Advocate provides training on sexual assault, recognition and prevention; establishes a safe working environment and encourages a climate of trust and cooperation; counsels Soldiers on program rights and responsibilities; monitors unit climate assessments and advises the commander on trends; assists victims of sexual assault in restricted and unrestricted reporting.

Commander of the 209th Broadcast Operations Detachment(BOD)comprised of 27 Soldiers. Responsible for maintaining the combat readiness, health, welfare, morale, and discipline of 3 officers and 24 enlisted Soldiers. Responsible for all aspects of mission command with emphasis on planning, preparing and providing ready Soldiers for Contingency Operations. Mobilize and Demobilize Soldiers as required. Public Affairs Officer responsible for the development, training, recruiting, and coordination of a broadcast operations detachment. Develops and executes effective public affairs operations by planning, directing, and supporting public affairs products before being released. Observes the training needs for all soldier with the unit. Responsible for preparing unit for deployment, readiness inspections, and battle assemblies.

Student for Army course focused on human resources functions such as casualty operations, personnel accounting, strength reporting, personnel readiness management, postal operations, and many other essential human resource functions.

Primary staff officer responsible for developing and training Army Reserve and Regular Army Recruiters in recruiting operations. Served as the senior advisor on Army Reserve issues and challenges for the battalion commander. Maintained partnerships between recruiters and Army Reserve units by hosting semiannual conferences to resolve challenges. Served as the primary investigating officer for recruiting improprieties. Provided and monitored statistical data for the performance of the battalion and individual recruiters.

Provided Level 1 Antiterrorism briefings to soldiers, civilians and family members. Presented training events on AT awareness, terrorist group operations, hostage-taking and survival, terrorist use of weapons of mass destruction, active shooter threat, and insider threat. Developed AT plan by examining physical security considerations, the antiterrorism planning process, and resource management.
