Proud to be the custodian of a not-for-profit which supports the health and happiness of the UK by offering Health Cash Plans and related wellbeing support to businesses and individuals.Ten years ago, I left the corporate world – taking all the skills and knowledge I’d gathered along the way – to join Paycare. Having a desire to ‘make a difference everyday’ may be a cliché but it was the driving force behind this decision.I’ve helped guide many of the teams within Paycare, from sales and marketing to customer services and IT – and am now honoured to be taking on the role of CEO, working with the most incredible group of people who are amazing at what they do and *always* put the customer first.Alongside this, I’m a non-exec director at the Wolverhampton City Credit Union, and a member of the Black County Chamber of Commerce Think Tank.
