The experience gained through my previous position at MGB enabled me to be promoted to production supervisor for one of the three rotational shifts. I was responsible for running the shift according to production plans, managing resources and a team of up to 12 people in the best possible way to ensure targets are achieved.I was involved in the current 5S campaign in the workshop.
