My ultimate goal was to provide clients with a quick and efficient hiring process. Below if the efforts I took towards achieving this and supporting my team in this process. -Managing numerous accounts and positions within a small team of Appointment Coordinators, Sourcing Managers and a Small Recruiting Department of 3-4 -Developing Client Relations through onboarding processes, client communication, and overall success of positions-Supporting and implementing new projects: Implementing CRM within the company, Account management, IT support- Training/ mentoring staff: At a time were we had lost management within the company, I helped train and develop many young employees that went on to excel into upper management positions, in which I pride myself on. -Meeting a certain criteria of KPI's while assisting other teams in mainstreaming lead generation to maximize productivityUltimately I have achieved a great set of skills. Being able to work in a small developing company has allowed me many hats to wear. Expanding my overall list of roles and responsibilities. I have never said "No" to completing a task given to me. Whether its within my "job description", or not I strive to bring a world class attitude to every situation.
