I am an attorney with Flint, Connolly & Walker, LLP currently assisting clients in various corporate, business litigation, and transactional matters. In addition to advising small to medium-sized businesses on their various legal matters, I also specialize in helping entrepreneurs and startups navigate the many layers of legal red tape involved in growing and scaling a business.I have previous experience in the areas of criminal and corporate law and have worked in the corporate counsel department of one of America’s largest private companies. During my time at the University of Georgia School of Law, I participated in the Business Law and Ethics Program and was on the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
