Perform forensic investigations of water intrusions, roof damage, building collapses, foundation problems, frozen pipes and structural issues.

I performed structural evaluations of structures damaged by weather events including rain, wind, and snow that caused failure of one or more components of the building envelope. I evaluated damage to structures from vehicle impacts, construction defects and material failures caused by long term effects of water intrusion and deterioration. I performed structure investigations for water damage from plumbing leaks, roof leaks and floods that caused hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loading on the structure. I evaluated various types of roofs for wind and hail damage, normal wear and tear and identified defects that caused water leaks.
