My role early on with Enzo was to grow the business and initiate early hiring. I successfully grew the business from the 3 Founders to a team of 16 in 15 Months (June'22). Since then I have been involved with our inspirational IR team, our outstanding Operations function and our brilliant 'Back-Bone' team - growing the business to 30+ staff by July 2023. Attracting Senior Operations Staff, Experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants and our Young Sales Team.Whilst I still take an active part in the hiring and attracting of talent my role has now developed into that of growing the brand and business - using our social media platforms, sponsorships and in person meet ups in Amsterdam, Brussels and London.
