Communication and Accountability of up to a full squad of soldiers. Usually I am responsible for 5 soldier underneath myself but acted as Squad Leader numerous times including during Field Training Operations.

Project Manager for all P3 Project Controls, Piping and Mechanical Scope.

Manage up to $6 Million is projects simultaneously; Heavy Commercial HVAC Automation/Controls; projects mostly on educational and Military Facilities; coordinate with the engineers and GCs to plan and manage project from Proposal to Commissioning; use knowledge and back ground in the military to manage government relationships to complete difficult projects; make expeditious decisions daily to further work on ever changing job sites usually with special conditions due to the locations sensitive nature; write RFIs and develop Change Orders where necessary to maximize profitability; monthly forecasting and budgeting to report to corporate; Schedule Of Values creation and monthly billing; management of labor and union relations/regulations of field staff; liaison and management of subcontractors/vendors with the GC; full responsibility and management of multiple projects

I am responsible for the day to day operation and management of a subdivision in Farmersville Ca. as well as run numerous other construction projects in the Tulare County area.

I am responsible for over 2 Million Dollars of sensitive communications equipment. It is my responsibility to see proper accountability, maintenance and installation of that equipment. I have 4 soldiers that fall under my command that with my supervision set up, monitor and take down any communications equipment needed by my company emergency or training operations. That includes vehicle, field and garrison communications applications when ever needed.

Estimating of Structural Repair, Mold Remediation, Water Mitigation, and Fire Restoration jobs. Communication between the insurance company and the customer flows through me to negotiate a price for necessary work to either residential or commercial projects. From beginning to end of job I am responsible as a liaison between all parties involved to complete the job as smoothly and quickly as possible. I manage relationships between my company and the local agents, and adjusters to keep an active line of communication for future projects in 4 counties.

Acting Platoon Leader for 1st Platoon. In command of approximately 60 soldiers and responsible for accountability of all Physical Fitness for the 1072nd TC Company.
