• Worked with engineering operations and maintenance, electrical load dispatchers, and training departments on a variety of projects resulting in familiarity with Amtrak’s territory and power transmission systems.• Created, tested, and implemented databases for electrical load dispatching incident reporting, permit issuing, and system analysis. This database system is currently being used across Amtrak's Mid-Atlantic and New York territories. This system has increased incident awareness and standardized reports.• Worked with technicians at Amtrak substations to inventory assets including transformers, switches, and circuit breakers.• Supported electrical technicians during remote terminal unit (RTU) installation, commissioning, and testing.
