Client Partner - Mobile Solutions is responsible for strategic solution-based sales to an assigned Global, Domestic and International, Enterprise account base to meet/exceed all business/sales targets. The goal is to build C-Level relationships in an effort to execute their global strategic solutions plans with a team of Wireless and Wireline core sales and sales solution product specialists to ensure account growth and optimum customer satisfaction. A Client Partner - Mobile Solutions responsibility is to further develop existing business and executive level client relationships, cultivate new relationships, align with IT organizations and other Business Groups to uncover new opportunities, develop solutions and sell strategic mobile services, to include Wireless products, Core Networks, PS, Cloud Computing, Managed Services, Security Services, and Connected Machine Solutions.

Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring and retaining corporate and employee liable accounts. Call on top levels of organizations to sell products and services to gain new business and further penetrate existing accounts. Generate new business in assigned territories through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Negotiate pricing and contracts.Provide existing customers with the highest standard of customer service. Coordinate with support center to fulfill, activate and service accounts. Promote Verizon Wireless as the market leader in the wireless industry. Resolves customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn.Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote Verizon Wireless and increase presence in the community by developing relationships through chambers of commerce.Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel, generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.Key Accomplishments: Leading Scores for the base two years based on overachieving in all Key Matrix.
