Responsible for school, staff and directorate synchronization for institutional initiatives. Leads 31 Soldiers, Civilians, and contractors in all aspects ofthe annual execution of nearly $3 billion in support of operational missions throughout the CENTCOM • Served as the advisor to the Service Component and Combined Joint Task Force Commander in a deployed environment that included Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.)• Managed the funding and execution of a $3B annual program in support of operational missions throughout the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Operation (AOR) • Ensured implementation, integration and compliance of business process, policies and procedures across the broad spectrum of resource management operations, to include requirements development and validation, funding, internal controls and audit, and reconciliation• Coordinated with USArmy Financial Management Command, Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C), U.S. Treasury and Defense Finance and Accounting Service on needed changes to financial management policies to achieve improvements in operations and accountability

Direct and Control the Army's most forward deployed MTOE theater strategic and operational level Financial Management Center and its TDA augmentation Army Finance and Accounting Service-Korea (AFAS-K). Responsible for the leadership, mission readiness, training, force protection, welfare and discipline of a highly complex and sophisticated organization of over 175 Soldiers, professional accountants, financial managers, and technicians. Responsible for overseeing finance and accounting policies, procedures, operations, and financial management systems for the United States Forces Korea (USKF), the United Nations Command, and the Eighth United States Army totaling over $1 Billion annually. Appointed as the USFK Country Allowance Coordinator and serves as the Depart of Defense Banking Liaison Officer.

Managed the day-to day activities and strategic direction of the training and development functions of all units in the Financial Management Community ( totaling over 6000 Soldiers). Built and maintained effective internal relationships with the units, Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA (FM&C), Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Treasury Department, and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Planned, coordinated and developed training programs and technology driven first class training to all Financial Managers. Responsible for a 30 personnel training team who tracked and trained leaders and Soldiers in support of overseas contingency operations. Additionally, developed lesson plans, standard operating procedures, certification exercises, and specialized training packages for all deploying units. Responsible for conducting Army level Theater systems fielding and inspections to ensure mission success.
