Work with over 200 vendor partners and consolidation points.  Establish facility and departmental metrics/targets (SQDCME) supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environmental. Pareto analysis and problem solving utilized to develop action plans to ensure stretch targets are met or exceeded. Experience in high volume environment responsible for sales of over $35M per month ($420M annually) and distributed to retail locations throughout southeast region of United States.  Active stakeholder in cross functional teams including Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Excellence and Finance. Benchmark best practices within network for continuous improvement opportunities.
