As a Research Analyst intern at the office of State Senator Paul Mark I undertook an in-depth analysis of a feasible solution to interstate transportation to connect Boston with the Western Massachusetts community. In this role I:-Conducted legal research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder surveys to inform legislative recommendation strategies for West-East Rail;-Produced a detailed report on industry trends, emerging issues, and potential opportunities for growth;-Measured and analyzed the effectiveness of transit initiatives within Massachusetts and other states;-Developed a thorough presentation outlining findings and policy recommendations.

The position of Customer Service Representative requires a great deal of organizational skills and patience. Within the job the Front End must be kept organized and timely, drive-up and pick-up orders must be accurately fulfilled, and defected items must be properly seperated for tossing, donating, recylcling, or being flagged for environmental hazard, among other tasks.

As a tutor I was tasked with assisting students in a number of courses, as well as ensuring academic integrity. I was also tasked with understanding when and to whom to reference students should they need additional assistance on any concept or assignment.

As a New Student Supporter, I helped to run orientation and onboarding for the incoming class of students, I was also given a roster of 36 students who I was to provide support services to, keeping records , checking up on, and ensuring that their starting experience at the school was going as smoothly as possible.
