In the role of Facilities Manager for SBICC it was apparent that the facility needed a Director, maintenance man and master groundskeeper as well as separate cleaning staff. I filled the roles with gusto for the first two years and quickly shifted the working dynamics by hiring staff to bridge the gap before burn out set in. Established a campus workshop, roads to facilitate the campus infrastructure to reflect the migration of SBI from a mission chapel 2001-2017 to a stand alone Parish. Implemented the indigenous restoration of all open spaces, with the removal of none native trees. Directed the repairs of every facilities system. Design built, interactive stone stairs , and Statue base .
