Key responsibilities:• Managing a team of 3 videographers working on in-house and external client projects, overseeing their schedules, work flow, training and feedback to ensure a high standard of work.• Producing video content for external clients, sponsors and partner organisations - Some examples include Toyota, Vodafone, The Warehouse, Sentinel homes, Nga Puhi Iwi, Te Tii Marae, World Vision, Tear fund.• Producing engaging social content and moving narrative storytelling for marketing, resources and events.• Technical strategy and implementation of all video, photography, lighting and audio equipment for on-location and studio shoots.

Key responsibilities:• Creating high quality creative for print, web, digital and live events.• Overseeing the concepting, pre-production, shooting and editing of all church and conference promotional material.• Concepting and implementing stage design.• Overseeing the strategy, operations, volunteer team and maintenance of the sound, lighting and audio systems in a complex and modern live production environment.• Managing the work flow, training and quality control of a team of junior designers, videographers and volunteers to ensure all creative is completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:• Producing engaging marketing and site collateral for the festival events and conferences.• Concepting and designing merchandise.• Magazine design, layout and pre press production.• Live event video capture and production of highlights promos.
