My career has been defined by my 20 years in the culinary and hospitality industry. Growing from entry level positions, I excelled into different leadership roles, and responsibilities. Throughout my management experience, I streamlined efficiency of business models and employee time management and spent substantial amounts of time developing relationships with local businesses and their clientele. I was also responsible for creating staff wine training presentations and educational materials . I own all of my equipment which includes microphones, guitars, 15" powered speaker, loop pedal, 8 channel effects mixer, and all stands and cables necessary as a standalone setup with the ability to plug into a house system. Most performances last 3 hours and up to 5 hours. Pay is always negotiable, but the usual rate is $40/hour. Construction and LandscapingHaving a knack for being hands-on I found an outlet for it through residential construction and remodeling. I began with roofing and basic woodwork, then advanced into remodeling and new home framing over the course of a few years. After a long break from physical labor I got into landscaping and lawn care. I also spent a good deal of time doing general plumbing and electrical maintenance.
