I have over 20 years of civil engineering, design, construction, resident inspection and construction management experience with a wide variety of public works and water infrastructure projects. I started my career began as a construction foreman/field superintendent & representative in 1982. I have extensive construction experience, as a journeyman, a foreman, an inspector, and as a superintendent. I have worked on small and large diameter sewers, water mains, storm drains, fiber optic cables, wastewater treatment plants, and transportation projects. While working as a field representative for construction companies,I attended and obtained BS degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in 1999. I have worked as a sanitary engineer, while employed by the California State Department of Health Services, and inspected numerous water and reclaimed water piping installations to determine whether the installations comply with the California Health Code and Title 22. In 2001, I joined LEE & RO and served as civil engineer and resident engineer/inspector for numerous sewer, water main, storm drain and wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
