 Drafted, reviewed, and circulated 100+ Communitzation Agreements and Amendments on behalf of client companies to various working interest owners; including submittal and any necessary follow-up to the BIA and BLM for approval. In drafting of Communitization Agreements, researched and pulled courthouse documents such as Fee Leases and Assignments.  Leased or aided in leasing of 100+ BIA and Civilized Indian tracts across Oklahoma; including but not limited to title research, lease nomination, attendance at lease sales, and proper due diligence to lease restricted heirs to tracts.  Notified and communicated with Tribal Mineral Owners over the Unitization Process. Drafted and researched appropriate documents for Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) hearings on poolings, spacings, and location exceptions for client companies.  Performed and aided in land and lease transactions with federal and state-owned producing properties, including but not limited to BLM Assignments and BIA Assignments. Performed title curative and research on BIA, Civilized Tribe, and BLM properties & recommended any action needed to client companies.
