Client Success Manager
CurrentThe GCS Team is responsible for building ongoing customer relationships and executing successful commercial projects. Main responsibilities include: End-to-end management of all commercial projects. Helping the sales team to develop and create a proposal/media plan for the customer. Providing data including performance KPIs, gathering and setting out costs from every part of the business involved, and pre-allocating resource availability from ad ops, technical and creative functions. To present content production options for the sales team to take to the client, with successful delivery and margins in mind, and with costs, timeline and plan already in place for the execution phase once the deal is won. To make sure all editions' needs and resources are being considered, coordinating and connecting internal teams to work together Following up throughout the delivery phase to ensure timings and KPIs are being met. Liaising between clients and internal teams throughout to ensure communication is straightforward and goal-oriented, and that relationships with clients and between teams are nurtured for ongoing revenue and success. Following up with detailed campaign reports and communicating results internally and to clients. Building long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating success, for repeat business and continued wins. Using gathered data to optimize and improve with each campaign for technical and interpersonal long-term success. Ensuring that invoicing and internal/external revenue allocation is timely and meets the needs of all stakeholders.
