I have 25+ years of development experience where I have been a crucial part of providing visionary strategic leadership support in a number of colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations. Presently, I am the Vice President of Fund Development at The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management the nation’s largest diversity network, linking top-tier students, leading MBA programs and corporate partners, including Fortune 500 companies. Our mission is to reduce the under representation of African Americans, Native Americans and Hispanic Americans in education and business. The work that I have done has resulted in procurement of over $100 million in gifts and grants, with a special emphasis on major gifts and planned giving, securing donor contributions at the $10,000 - $1 million levels.I directly lead the Fund Development team and am charged with building a strong network of relationships with various companies who are looking to leverage The Consortium partnership to recruit and retain top level MBA talent across various industries and functions.
