Responsible for scheduling and tracking Engineering Readiness Assistance Teams (ERAT) support to the US Pacific Fleet. The teams train, mentor and assist ships in preparing for major material readiness inspections through emphasis on sound engineering practices. Utilizing experience gained in 7 plus years assigned to the Littoral Combat Ship progam, tasked to develop and provide training ERAT for future support of the Littoral Combat Ship Squadron's maintenance and training organizations.

Assigned as the Senior Enlisted Advisor and Manager to a Major Command Staff. Provided direction, leadership and administrative support. Charged with providing training, mentorship, operational planning and execution for 4 ships, 21 crews totalling 600 plus sailors within the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program through pre-commissioning, delivery, commissioning and all certification events leading up to employment in support of the Pacific Fleet Commander.

Greater San Diego Area

Senior Enlisted Advisor for USS Freedom LCS 1 Gold crew. Provided training, career advice and adminstrative management while providing insight and advice to the Commanding Officer. Led the crew through a unique period of time, bringing a new class of ship into existence, utilizing a new optimal manning concept and completing her first deployment two years ahead of schedule. Also billeted as the ships first Maintenance Material Management Coordinator, established and implemented the first of a unique planned maintenance program used on LCS ships.

Directed the administration, maintenance and management of a 105 person Engineering Department. Functioned as the Engineering Training Team Lead, Performance review board member, Professional Developement board member and qualified as an Engineering Officer of the Watch. Led the Engineering Department through a major availability in preparation for decommissioning.

Managed and directed a division of 90 Main Propulsion technicians and operators. Functioned as the command Mentor Coordinator, Engineering Training Team Leader and qualified as an Engineering Officer of the Watch. Managed and directed an accelerated pre-deployment training cycle, completing the cycle in 5 weeks versus the standard 16 weeks.
