Overseeing other volunteer coordinators as well as manage and organize projects for thousands of volunteers who come to serve at Generation One. Work with volunteer teams prior to, during and after the project to make sure their experience is great. Assist in house painting, lot clearing, trash pick up and basic landscaping to transform the 3rd Ward of Houston, TX.

Made sure first and second time guests were contacted and felt welcomed through email correspondence, phone calls, and hand written note cards. Answered any all questions for 10-12 weekly visitors and members either by phone or in person. Oversaw 20+ small groups and assisted them in finding curriculum and whatever needs arose. Helped place volunteers in specific locations after spending time getting to know their skill set.

Created all communication pieces for the church. Projects included posters, banners, newsletters, weekly bulletins, and sermon artwork using Photoshop software. Also have experience with Publisher for designing brochures.

Preached and wrote lesson plans to include biblical scriptures for age appropriate audiences. Planned, prepared, and implemented programs and events for 40+ Students. Organized and led student small groups.
