I was born in the quiet town of Simi Valley, CA. Moving to the bustling city of Las Vegas has taught me that there is much more movement in life and changes are rapid. Pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Health Administration has taught me that health care is something that we must uphold and make better for our community.Working as a Retail Associate has helped me develop interpersonal relationships with the customers, from what clothing style fits the best for them, to talks about issues they have on their mind. I have developed the marketing strategies to sell off items at TJMAXX during my time working there. In addition, when we needed to increase customer usage of credit cards, I was able to sell off more than was needed in a day. With being a Front Desk Receptionist at Desert Radiology and at Sport-Social, managing health care insurance and state funding has helped me develop professional connections with both insurance providers to patients. Being bilingual, I am able to efficiently translate medical and insurance terminology in-person to three-way calls. Utilizing medical software at Desert Radiology to transitioning to using state funding systems I am able to become adaptable to many work environments which is a need in the health care system.I am someone who wants to become a positive impact to our health care system and bring out what it means to be a Health care Administrator.
