I currently manage and oversee all medical device sustainment for the entire US Air Force Medical Service War Reserve Materiel globally. This includes 48,000 devices worth over $3.5B with an annual budget of $2M. I create reports and analyze data for 83 military bases worldwide. I developed an equipment readiness algorithm to resolve a 30+ year shortfall of reporting to Congress which earned me an Achievement Medal. My algorithm was recently used to deploy a 100 bed military transportable hospital to earthquake victims in Turkey, delivering life saving care weeks earlier than predicted. My past experience includes supervision of 30 personnel over 16 years; managing the US Government owned medical device procurement, disposition, and maintenance program in the United Kingdom across 12 sites; 9 years of facility management; 14 years of Oracle and SQL database management and analytics; 20 years of computer repair; continuous process improvement training; teaching resiliency; leading diversity and inclusion training; and 19 years of military service. I have deployed to Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa and worked in over 10 countries. I am an experienced and effective public speaker with over 10 years of experience. I have stood before audiences of 200+ and directly briefed the Air Force Surgeon General and the US Secretary of Defense. For my work with the initial European COVID-19 vaccine distribution, I earned an award for outstanding service presented by the US Secretary of Defense.
