Passionate about youth development in football, I am proud to have created Spotlight Football, a North London based showcase team dedicated to nurturing and platforming talented individuals aged U14 to U16 from the North/Northwest London and Hertfordshire areas. Our primary goal is to provide a comprehensive program that develops players and propels them into the realm of academy football.At Spotlight Football, we offer rigorous training, competitive matches, and curated showcase events that attract professional scouts and academy coaches. Our focus is on showcasing the skills, talent, and character of our players, connecting them with top-tier clubs and academies.As the dedicated founder and owner, I provide guidance and mentorship to our young athletes. As the Head Football Coach and Manager of the Barnet Schools District Team, I was responsible for recruiting talented players from school football teams across the London Borough of Barnet to represent the district. My excellent interpersonal and communication skills were essential in this role, as I consistently liaised with parents, players, scouts, school head(s) of sports, and other staff members. By fostering strong relationships with these stakeholders, I was able to build a successful team and achieve positive results. My ability to identify and attract high-quality players, combined with my strong leadership skills, allowed me to effectively manage and motivate the team. Throughout my tenure, I demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for developing young talent.

As the Head Football Coach and Manager of the Middlesex County U14 boys Schools Representative team, I successfully recruited eligible players from schools within the county and led trial days consisting of over 80 players. Through my efforts, I was able to set up an effective registration and trial system and selected a strong, balanced squad of 25 players to represent the county. During training and matchdays, I demonstrated my ability to coach and manage high-level grassroots and academy players representing the county, showcasing my skills in talent development and management. My experience in leading and organizing successful trial days and coaching high-level players has strengthened my abilities in identifying and nurturing talent, while also managing a team to achieve its goals.Unfortunately, The Middlesex Schools Football Association have decided to discontinue the county representative boys teams due to financial reasons, meaning that the 22/23 season will be Middlesex County's last participation in county football.

As a U11-U16 Academy Scout at West Ham United FC, I developed my scouting and recruitment abilities to a high level. I scouted players from regions and leagues that were not often accessed by West Ham before, such as Hertfordshire and North West London. This led to the discovery of several talented players who were placed in the development centre and further assessed for trials with West Ham. I also demonstrated my excellent communication skills by arranging for unsuccessful players to trial with other category 1-3 clubs. My ability to identify talent and create opportunities for players at all levels showcases my expertise in scouting and recruitment. Overall, my experience as a U11-U16 Academy Scout at West Ham United FC was highly beneficial and enabled me to develop my skills and knowledge in the football industry

As the owner of a private coaching company, I provided tailored football and strength and conditioning sessions to young players aged 7-16, promoting their holistic development on and off the field. I successfully developed and implemented customized coaching plans and delivered injury prevention-focused strength and conditioning sessions. I established a strong client base, built excellent relationships with parents and guardians, and managed group coaching sessions that helped young players build upon the all four of the FA's four corner model. My paired knowledge and skills in communication, organization, and commitment to promoting the holistic development of young players allowed me to deliver high-quality services that helped players achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

As the head coach and manager, I successfully created the team's game model and coached training sessions, managing team selection, strategy, warm-up preparation, and in-game management on matchdays. I liaised with referees and opposition coaches to ensure a seamless matchday experience. I built strong relationships and maintained open communication with parents, players, other coaches, and staff, ensuring that everyone was aware of the team's progress and goals. Under my leadership, the team achieved the following accomplishments:-Reached the 2021/22 u14 London County Cup finals in our first season together as a team.- Won 2 External Tournaments -Three boys went on trial with academies, showcasing their talent and potential to pursue football at a higher level.- Eight u14 Boys trained consistently with the u18s in the 2021/22 season- Eight u15 boys play a year up for the U16s in the 2022/23 season.My skills in effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and a dedication to fostering positive relationships with all team members and stakeholders allowed me to successfully lead the team and achieve some of our goals.

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Panda FC, I was responsible for developing and implementing customized fitness programs for the men's Sunday football team. My role involved assessing the players' individual fitness levels and designing programs that would help them improve their strength, speed, endurance, and agility.I worked closely with the team's coaching staff to ensure that the fitness programs were integrated into the overall training plan and aligned with the team's goals and objectives. I also provided regular progress reports and feedback to the coaching staff and players to help them track their fitness gains and adjust the programs as needed.In addition to designing and implementing fitness programs, I was also responsible for educating the players on proper nutrition and injury prevention techniques.
