• Maintain and develop metric reporting for sales compensation systems using SQL, Excel, SalesForce, Tableau and Power BI• Development of dashboards for review of key performance metrics for the senior management team. • Provide analysis of standardized metric reports and recommendations to the sales leadership team.• Track and develop sales initiatives to assist in driving sales performance for regions and products.

• Responsible for maintaining optimal capacity of high and low speed entrance facilities in designated territories.• Identify opportunities for cost saving thru analysis of market inventories using Access queries• Design workflow projects and initiative projects to realize the saving opportunities identified• Manage daily disconnect workflow for early termination liability.

• Responsible for developing and maintain a forecasting model for panel capacity• Manage ongoing panel demographic screening and panel database modification intitiatives • Create and distribute reports and analysis on key panel metrics related to size, capacity, screening, usage and recruitment

• Manage several projects to ensure that the projects meet the desired expectation regarding the given project specifications.• Review daily updates of active projects to ensure all sampling aspects are performing as expected.• Work with other departments in troubleshooting issues that are causing projects to under-perform. • Establish feasibility of future projects and notify project staff of potential issues. • Develop sample plans for difficult projects to ensure timely and effective completion.

• Ensure that the property tax is current and correct for different financial institutions• Perform daily updates to the tax system and provide reports on the status on a weekly basis• Review customer issues and resolve outstanding property tax problems• Calculate monthly interest and penalties for affected accounts• Review company and working procedures and maintain all business rules
