San-greal ltd, a licensed events, management, training and design initiative was set up and 2005 and set the standard in NI today for the cocktail events market. San-greal is the chosen bar professional of numerous drinks brands such as Bacardi-Martini BBFB ltd, Coca Cola, Bibendum spirits ltd, Marie Brizard and the Belvedere group just to mention a few. With over 40 years collective experience San-greal are responsible for the management of some of Ireland’s most prestigious & complex large scale music, corporate & sporting events including most recently the successful tender and completion for all beverage aspects of the MTV-European Music Awards 2011. San-greal ltd is also the aforementioned name in beverage training. Over the past seven years we have had the pleasure to have trained some of the best young talent to come out of N.I including Jack McGarry award winning bartender now of ‘Dead Rabbit’ NYC and formally of the Merchant hotel, Chris Strong ‘Merchant Hotel’ and Robert Cooper ‘love & death inc.’ 2012 UK Finlandia Champion.

Anthony’s second project came to be ‘Love & Death inc.’ a cocktail loud-easy, eatery and music hall opened in September 2010. Though still in its infancy, L&D continues to shake up the city’s bar scene, gaining a growing reputation for producing innovative cocktails and quirky delicacies within quirky, cool surroundings. Anthony skill set has now diversified from proprietor, management and bar operations and he is now enjoying an integral role as part of the food program on offer at cutting edge and trend setting eatery ‘love and death inc’ which now employs 28 members of staff on full and part time basis and is currently moving into its third successful year.
