I worked for one of the largest BMS providers in the UK. I was based in their Smithfield offices and work from there on a regularbasis. My department had a team of 16 which I am looking to expand and which includes engineers, project engineers, a projectmanager and support staff. I was responsible for£3.5m of the departments £5.1m target, and report to the Head of Operationsfor the region. I had 2 areas of works from the T&M (Time and Materials) works to full projects. This works was mainly for endusers and is generated from our service base, but we also served a number of M&E contractors. The T&M's range from £10 -£5K and the project works from £1K to £250K. As well as day to day operations and running of the department I had to reportthe progress with WIP issues, aged debt, invoicing forecasts and invoicing/Applications on a weekly basis. I dealt with all staffissues and all new recruitment within my department.

I worked for one of the UK's most forward thinking and advanced TTC's, as manager for the projects department. I worked fromtheir South Nutfield office and on occasion in the central London office. I was responsible for all aspects of the running of theprojects department, including staffing levels, P&L, Financial management, work management, Sales and development ofprocesses. I was working for one of the UK's leading TTC's, as a project engineer/manager. I mainly worked in central London where I managedmany high profile contracts, including the installation of complete metering systems, with Trend Imat, in large public buildings. Theprojects I have managed include everything from small works to £350K projects, and I have had to deal with everything from financialmanagement through to engineering and co-ordination of all labour on all of these projects.

I was working for the UK's leading control system manufacturer, as a field service engineer. I covered all parts of the South East and wasresponsible for maintaining, repair, developing and giving technical support to a large number of trend sites. I carry out all tasks fromfault finding from electrical drawings, to writing software and graphics. I undertook all of the Trend training courses available and sat theTrend Expert test, which I passed. I developed a good understanding of most trend equipment from the access products through to thelatest IQ3's.

at Global Associates, based in Basingstoke I was responsible for their second biggestPharmaceutical client. This involved the engineering of all paperwork, system design, running of the installation, commissioning and finalhand-over to the client. I was involved in every aspect of the project with project budgets of between £10,000 to £100,000.

I started working for Global Associates at its primary contract site, Pfizers Inc, Sandwich, Kent. Whilst in the role at Pfizer, I wasintroduced to the Trend Building Management System. My roles included, carrying out PPM, fault finding and repair, upgrading andplant modification as well as new installations on Pfizers' Trend Network. Pfizer's network consists of over 70 LANs, over 500 controllersand 20 supervisors

My main tasks Involved general maintenance, installation and repair of the control and instrumentation of theplant. Having worked at both the A and B station I have experience in both old and state of the art equipment,which include Landis and Staefa, Polaris and Scada.Nuclear Electric/Magnox companyCraft apprenticeship in control and instrumentation; During My Apprenticeship I was awarded Apprentice of the Year out of forty other apprentices. I completed the apprenticeshipto a very high standard coming top in my class consistently. In the final year of my apprenticeship I completed all of my jobswithout supervision. My main tasks included the maintenance and repair of all types of control systems, monitoring equipmentand measurement instrumentation. I also played a major part in the installation of a new computer controlled reactormonitoring system. At the end of my apprenticeship I received offers of employment at both power stations, but left to furthermy education at university
