As a regional project manager, I ran the sites from initial kick-off until completion of punch list/ job scope. We would build out and set up warehouses for various customers exclusively for @geekplus + I’ve completed 21+ sitesMy job duties were to assist with project bids with CEO, assign personnel to job sites, arranging and booking travel for workers, monitor budgets, keep track of daily and weekly progress filed and emailed to client for progress updates, conduct staff meetings with leads and safety checks, daily scheduling of teams deployed and requesting of staff through temp agencies and communicating with their POC for hours and safety required, lead large groups of temps, training workers in the company and Non-inventory for various sites. I also did work other than management at every site which would include manual implementation of Robotic floor in various conditions and location around the US, Starting off surveying the area, and then placement of fiducials/QR codes measured with precision no room for error for robots to travel along including highways/storage location, build stations and anchor them to the floor, install and wire manage the accessories placed on them such as computers, scanners, plates and electrical boxes and power supplies. To build hundreds of racks for the supplies in their warehouse for the robots to lift and relocate. Unload/ offload material needed for site and robots. Clean-up site, E-Stop wire and hook up, PTL station hook up and configuration.

As a project manager I had to be responsible for running and organizing sites to complete job tasks and prep by assigned dates for an altogether completion of a warehouse specifically Amazon. Plan and execute plans to get a team in and get it to 100%. I launched over 30+ amazons around the US during my time. I was in charge of delivering fully functional amazon warehouses to operations for use by a certain deadline (Go-live). I opened all types of Amazons including Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Centers, Go Fresh(produce), Non-sort, AIC Expansions (I did 5 by myself 5 diff states). On-site lead and company representer to all the people in the building that had a question or a job to do in the building I was running. Communicated with GC thoroughly and daily to ensure safety and job proceedings.
