In this position I coordinate and manage projects for some of our major clients. I coordinate and manage anything from major phone system installs and cabling runs for major airports and admin locations for our customers, to cable runs for new builds, to ordering LEC services, to getting technicians, to programming phone systems. This new position.

My responsibilities were to provide professional support for customers phone systems. Our secondary purpose was to assist on site technicians with programming or general knowledge of phone systems.

My responsibilities as a Strategic Accounts Representative was to work hand in hand with local technicians to fix the problems occurring at our customers specific locations. We would dispatch technicians from our database and send them to locations that we needed them at. We also engaged in negotiations with these technicians as far as rates and services.

Work on a face to face basis with the customers helping them in any way possible. What The Home Depot has taught me is how to get on a personal level, and create a quick personal connection with the customer, getting them what they need in a timely matter, but also making them feel as though they have my full attention. Helping the best way I can.

As a church assistant I did everything from grounds keeping, to church cleaning, to assisting the pastor in meetings and making sure that whatever he needed was taken care of before he even had to mention it. Making life as easy as possible for him to do his job to the best of his abilities. I specialized mostly in every day operations of the church.

As a Butcher I discovered the organizational side of myself. Keeping things in order, and finding the necessary skills to do my job, making it as easy for my boss to do his job. Going above and beyond to make sure things were in order, and the every day operations ran smoothly.
