★ Reporting Manager Experience: Goal setting, Streamlining company top-level objectives, Setting yearly developer specific objectives, Grading/Scoring based on said objectives, Quarterly Reviews, Performance Tracking (Work Compass), Conflict Resolution & finally reported final scores to Software Development Line Manager for end-of-year summary.
