Pickup mail form the post office. Begin all office service duties and on hand such as stamping mail, making copies, in house mail, incoming mail and makingdeliveries. Make sure the postage machine has at least $1000 at the beginning of the day. Maintain supplies for all copy machines. Maintain daily inventory of supplies on stock and in office. Check outgoing mail boxes several times a day. At times pay Con Edison and phone bills.
