Responsible for delivering quality products and projects across a diverse set of business units. I developed a reporting framework, pulling from multiple sources, to support technology delivery. This role also involved a heavy amount of consensus building as we attempted to change certain behaviors in the organization.

Piloted insourcing a printing process for transportation graphic design business. Resulted in capital expenditure to incorporate the process and a new profitable revenue stream. Managed the on-site implementation of State Farm sponsorship of the Georgia Department of Transportation and New York Department of Transportation H.E.L.P. program.

Conceived a community toy and book store with December '06 opening. Accomplishments included:- Store design and build-out, merchandising, advertising/marketing and operations planning.- Designing and implemented a community program bringing together children with local authors, artists and entertainers for educational activities.- Growing revenues through customer focused buying programs, online e-commerce, and relationship building with local schools.

In this role I lead a mixed onshore/offshore team of 15 through rapid design and implementation of an outbound insurance carrier reporting and financial reconciliation tool built on Oracle Advanced Benefits. My team's work included onboarding two fortune 500 clients onto the system. Responsibilities also included supervising ongoing client deliverables and training.

Process Consultant in Supply Chain. Implemented I2 software at major clients in US and Mexico.• Facilitated business and functional requirement sessions with business process owners and architects for I2 software.• Designed system flows and process flow charts to identify gaps in material resource planning.• Supported sales presentations and performed value analysis of software against client requirements.• Performed functional and unit testing, and managed the resolution of system fixes during wave testing.• Designed and coded functional and technical interfaces between Oracle and I2's Active Data Warehouse, Supply Chain Planner, and Factory Planner (FP).
