• Organize and oversee several wireless construction projects simultaneously. Ensure jobs are completed within required time frames. Work includes new site builds and existing site retro fits. Project sites include rooftops, flagpoles, monopoles,lattice towers and water tank.• Ensure sites are built according to permitted site design and client specifications. Coordinate and interact with all project disciplines to assist in the design of sites based on construction feasibility and cost effectiveness.• Prepare bid packages, coordinate/conduct bid walks with sub-contractors and create scope of work. Receive bids and compile them for review, awarding and scheduling.• Produce site-specific lists of materials from construction drawings and coordinate the procurement and delivery of those materials.• Knowledge of T-Mobile,Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless and Ericsson
