Plans, coordinates, and directs activities in support of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). Portfolio manager for global SOF aviation CV2 processes and SOF strategic aviation training events. Plans, analyzes, and prepares after action reviews (AAR), reports, and lessons learned. Advises senior leaders and staff on headquarter process improvement relating to SOF air operations and planning. Builds and instructs academic lessons in operations, planning, and command & control (C2) in support of SOF and Conventional Forces. Provide quality control of all products, services, and deliverables in alignment with company policy, Statement of Work (SOW), and DoD directives.
