I am back running my own management consultancy practice, providing advisory services to both private and publicly listed companies. The focus of the practice is on strategy, business development, risk management, culture, funding and governance. My work history includes senior positions with two local trading banks, focusing on the top 250 corporate and institutional clients across New Zealand as part of a global business offering.I lead the BNZ's corporate and institutional bank from 2002 to 2009. This business was part of National Australia bank's global business with representation in NZ, Australia, USA, Europe and Asia. The products and services provided to clients from the business included transactional banking and payments, trade finance, lending, foreign exchange, interest rates, capital markets and specialised financing arrangements.In addition to my management consulting practice, I have been on the board of not-for-profit business OMEGA and on the committee of the Royal Auckland Golf Club.I presently hold non executive director positions on three private companies, Carrfields limited,W Wiggins limited and Auckland Eye limited and I also sit on the Advisory Boards of 3 fast growing businesses.
