Reporting directly into the Head of Merchandising with management responsibility of one Allocator and one Digital Content Assistant.Tasked with submitting department sales targets and buying budgets for Director sign-off. Accountable for ensuring significant retail net sales targets are met within multi-brand environments through close collaboration with the marketing and buying teams, whilst effectively controlling spend, inventory levels and price reductions. Working alongside the global e-commerce team to select and forecast suitable seasonal product ranges, taking into account the differing customer and pricing requirements within external Partner’s portfolios. Role covers all BOSS & HUGO wearing occasions across both men’s & womenswear enabling a wide exposure to the market and the managing of a considerable SKU count. Show less
