As a store manager my reponsibilites are varied. I watch over my associates performance, working with them where necessary to improve. I ensure that the standard daily, weekly, and montly operational tasks are completed on time. I keep track of assets, expenses, income, payroll, etc to ensure the profitibility of my store. This all is in addition to my time working with customers to solve their service or technical issues, or sell them on a fantastic product or service.

I would complete standard daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks. Assist customers with their technical, or customer support needs. Achieve minimum monthly sales goals. I would also assist the manager with his mangerial tasks as well.

We were making calls to raise funds for democratic orgnizations or individuals. We would call people to conduct political surveys. We had daily, weekly, and monthly goals that we had to achieve.
