I started in the wafer fab and worked there for 12 years, mostly as a Test Specialist. This role included dispositioning lots for electrical fails, calibrating VNAs on testers, tester change overs, tool setups, helping maintenance and operators to troubleshoot equipment, and running production. Currently I am working in the finishing area in the prototype building where my main responsibilities are focused on overmold, grinding and othe related processes.

As a Resource Technician, I was responsible for training new employees in both spooling, covering, and servicing departments. The servicing department required me to train employees on electric fork trucks, stand up Clark riders, and how to operate the battery changing station safely. Also, I scheduled and managed work areas in each department by assigning work areas to employees and scheduling their personal time off. I also scheduled annual hearing tests and covered annual safety meetings at employee anniversary dates. In the office I was required to monitor timecards in Kronos for accuracy, complete training reports in Excel, and occasionally help my manager with special projects. In my spare time I would be on the floor monitoring the machines and helping the operators on the floor with their work to help motivate them to be more productive.
