• Organize, coordinate, and conduct group in-house client trainings for the Preview Payroll and Report Writer software.
• Conduct off-site client trainings for the Preview Payroll and Report Writer software as required.
• Organize and conduct corporate released product and software training topics, as well as designing and creating training topics as needed for the internal branch.
• Help coordinate and facilitate the annual Year End seminar.

• Analyze incoming new client documents from sales for accuracy/completeness.
• Set up the client as required, to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure proper product set up so all ancillary products function properly.
• Load all static employee data, year to date wages and taxes, and tax liability/deposit information.
• Conduct an on-site training of the Preview Payroll software.

Pleasanton

• Assist the Account Specialist team with new client set up and general data entry.
• Provide ongoing support to new clients while the Account Specialists are in the field.
