• Analyze incoming new client documents from sales for accuracy/completeness.• Set up the client as required, to ensure accurate payroll processing.• Ensure proper product set up so all ancillary products function properly.• Load all static employee data, year to date wages and taxes, and tax liability/deposit information.• Conduct an on-site training of the Preview Payroll software.

• Assist the Account Specialist team with new client set up and general data entry.• Provide ongoing support to new clients while the Account Specialists are in the field.
